Some chemical imbalances are related to dietary intake. To a certain extent, we really are what we eat, and diet has a profound influence on mood. Overeating sugar can lead to dizzying highs, but these highs are followed by sugar crashes, which can leave sufferers feeling much worse than before. Depression is a complicated problem, and it is not always easy to know how to get over depression in the best way. Depression sufferers should try different means of addressing their problems, and find out what works for them.
